Operation clean-up: Paris Grand Nettoyage

On September 30th, 2017, as part of a Paris-wide Grand Nettoyage, a team of kids and ASICS parents spent a morning cleaning up around Camille Sée (amazing how much can be done just walking around the school) and helping another local association in the 15th to pick-up litter on the streets near the river. The students were supplied with gloves, pickers, and big green sacs and interviewed by Radio France. This project is a really good experience that helped people of all ages realize how much trash we all leave behind. Thanks to everyone who came and to Jane MacDonald for arranging this special volunteering event with the Marie of 15eme. If you didn’t make it this year, join us next time!
