Located in the heart of the 15th arrondissement of Paris, the International Section at Camille Sée offers native English language instruction to bilingual students in a public French middle (collège) and high school (lycée) setting. The international section also provides preparation for the French baccalaureate option internationale (BFI), a prestigious set of supplementary examinations taken as part of the French baccalauréat, as well as counselling for university study in France and abroad.

Students benefit from a selective and rigorous bilingual programme as well as activities beyond the school curriculum. Past activities have included creative writing and theatre projects, a Lego Mindstorm club, visits to the Salon du Livre de Jeunesse and the OECD, volunteering, in addition to class trips abroad. The international section also offers a plethora of extracurricular activities such as Debate Club, Model United Nations, and participation in the Poetry by Heart competition.
